It's raining again. It makes for a wet Halloween. I remember trick-o-treating with my then baby godson (now 13), soaking wet in our costumes, having lots of fun. I'm not complaining; we need the rain. It cleans the air, replenishes the ground, and at this time of year, it's normal, well, at least for California. If you want snow, wait a few months, and go to the hills or further north. Current Location: san jose, ca Current Mood: amused Current Music: the rain, planes, and trains

As usual, Sam is making sure I can only type with one hand. "OK, Sam I had enough! I have to let you down". She like "why are you making me move from cuddles?" If I don't move her, my left arm goes to sleep, and makes typing really hard. Maybe that was her plan. If you are not familiar, Sam is my calico. Anyway, did anybody finished voting? I finally did tonight. It was the most boring-est ballot I have ever filled out. There is so much crap on it. My answer to president position was , this is going to be a waste of 4 years, and it doesn't matter who we get, they all suck. Whoever for the officials (other than president), the ballot didn't give any suggestion on who they are, so it made it hard to pick. The measures and propositions weren't any better , but a least they were more interesting, and that's not saying much. But you know, there are a lot of countries that don't have that luxury, and if they do, they fight for it. This country hasn't been passionate for things (and I don't mean oil and other crap) since WWII. We did war bonds, and encourage people to recycle tires and saved sugar to support the troops, and now it seems like we don't care. We fought for a real cause, and I don't mean that the men and women of the armed forces is not doing just that, but what I mean is knowing who the enemy really is. I mean, in WWII it was Nazis and the Japanese, at the time, trying to take over the world, and now it's the Al Quaeda hiding under Muslim faith. Religion has nothing to do with someone taking over the world, what a crutch! Blah.blah, blah, blah. I need to get off my high horse, and go to bed, cuddle with my hubby and all 3 cats, and go to sleep. Good night. Current Mood: blah
